Eucharistic Adoration
“Whenever I go to the chapel, I put myself in the presence of our good Lord, and I say to him, ‘Lord, I am here. Tell me what you would have me do...' And then, I tell God everything that is in my heart. I tell him about my pains and my joys, and then I listen. If you listen, God will also speak to you, for with the good Lord, you have to both speak and listen. God always speaks to you when you approach him plainly and simply.” – St. Catherine Labouré
Adoration
During Eucharistic Adoration, the Eucharist is placed in a monstrance on the altar for prayer and adoration. Adoration is an opportunity to spend quiet, one-on-one time with Jesus, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. Because the Eucharist is continually exposed, at least one person must always be present in prayer.
Adoration is a time for prayer, worship, thanksgiving, and simply being with the Lord. Some pray the Rosary, reflect on Scripture, sit in silence, or simply rest in God’s presence. However you choose to pray, Adoration is a beautiful expression of faith in Christ’s true presence in the Eucharist.

Guardians of the Blessed Sacrament
A Guardian of the Blessed Sacrament commits to spending a scheduled hour each week in Adoration to help ensure that Jesus is never left alone. Guardians arrive for their assigned time, remain until the next Guardian arrives, and arrange for a substitute if they are unable to attend.
Use the button below to access our Adoration sign-up software and select “Weekly Commitment,” or contact Sundi Keeling for more information.

Chapel Guidelines
Please help maintain a quiet and prayerful atmosphere in the chapel. Electronic devices should be silenced and used only for prayer or reflection. Food and beverages are not permitted; water is allowed if needed. Please dress modestly and respectfully. When entering or leaving the presence of the Blessed Sacrament, it is customary to genuflect on one knee as a sign of reverence for Christ truly present in the Eucharist.
