St. Martha Altar Guild
Altar Linen Care
A dedicated group of volunteers cares for the sacred altar linens on a rotating basis. Each week, used linens are picked up, laundered, ironed, and returned to the sacristy. These linens, like the altar itself, honor the celebration of the Lord’s memorial and the Eucharistic banquet, adding dignity and beauty to the altar while also serving a practical purpose. Volunteers receive full instructions on proper cleaning to preserve the linens’ quality. Those interested in serving in this special ministry can contact Don DeWeese.

St. Martha, friend of Jesus and model of faithful service, reminds us that loving Christ is found in both devotion and daily work.
