Preschool Registration
Enrollment for the 2026-2027 School Year is now open!
We are an outreach ministry of St. James the Apostle Catholic Church and a non-profit preschool program.
We believe in fostering the development of each child by offering a nurturing and creative learning environment.
Children that graduate from St. James Preschool are not only prepared to move on to upper grades, they have grown spiritually, emotionally and physically too.
Our school offers programs for children ages 12 months to 5 years old.
*You will be prompted to create an account on Brightwheel in order to register. Once your registration form has been received, it will be reviewed, and you will be sent your child’s enrollment packet electronically.
Please allow 1-3 days for review. Reviews will not be done during school break weeks in February and April, but will be completed in a timely manner once Preschool has resumed. Once ALL forms have been submitted, you will be billed the initial Registration Fee through Brightwheel. To register in person, please visit the Preschool Office Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm.

Registration and Tuition Information 2026-2027 School Year
ONES Ages 12 months – 23 months:
- 2 Days Per Week: (Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $220 – Tuition*: $220 per month
- 3 Days Per Week: (Tues/Weds/Thurs 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $240 – Tuition*: $240 per month
Two-Year-Olds:
- 2 Days Per Week: (Tuesday/Thursday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee: $220 – Tuition*: $220 per month
- 3 Days Per Week: (Tuesday-Thursday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee: $240 – Tuition*: $240 per month
- 4 Days Per Week: (Tues/Weds/Thurs/Fri 9am-1pm) Registration Fee: $260 – Tuition*: $260 per month
Three-Year-Olds:
- 3 Days Per Week (Tuesday-Thursday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $240 – Tuition* $240 per month
- 4 Days Per Week (Tuesday-Friday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $260 – Tuition*: $260 per month
- 5 Days Per Week (Monday–Friday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $280 – Tuition* $280 per month
Four-Year-Olds:
- 3 Days Per Week (Tuesday-Thursday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $240 – Tuition* $240 per month
- 4 Days Per Week (Tuesday-Friday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $260 – Tuition*: $260 per month
- 5 Days Per Week (Monday–Friday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $280 – Tuition* $280 per month
**Five-Year-Olds:
- 5 Days Per Week (Monday–Thursday 9am-2pm; Friday 9am-1pm) Registration Fee $300 – Tuition* $300 per month
** Our 5-Year-Old Class is guaranteed only if there is enough interest for the upcoming school year. A minimum of 5 students is required.
Students entering our classes must be that age on or before September 1st.
- 3, 4, and 5-year-olds must be completely potty-trained and comfortable with independent bathroom habits.
- To register your child for a class, the non-refundable Registration Fee must be paid with the registration form. (*The Registration Fee covers the cost of supplies, equipment use, utilities, building and playground maintenance, staff training, special events, and visitors.)

Immunization Policy
The Archdiocese of Atlanta Office of Catholic Schools' requirement is that all children attending Catholic parish preschools must meet Georgia state standards for immunization. A current 3231 immunization form should be on file before the child enters the program.
