The music ministry at St. James is perfect for the young and not-so-young who wish to glorify God through music. Whether you prefer traditional Catholic music or a more contemporary sound, we have the perfect place for your talent.

Cantor Group
The Cantoring Ministry leads the congregation in prayerful song, supporting the sacred liturgy at the 8:30 am Mass.
Sacred Beat Band
This group of vocalists and instrumentalists provides contemporary Catholic music at the Sunday 5:00 p.m. Mass and also supports Youth Ministry by providing music for retreats as needed.
St. Cecilia Choir
This full vocal ensemble, accompanied by instrumental support, provides traditional music for the Sunday 11:00 a.m. Mass.
Holy Innocents
This choir is made up of children in grades 1–7 who provide music twice each semester. Children must be able to read song lyrics.
